How can you be this fast? Is it just AI doing the work?

AI writes a lot of the code. I do the thinking: scoping, architecture, security, testing, and every decision about how your business actually works. That combination is why you get senior-quality software at days-not-months speed. You're not buying AI output — you're buying my judgement, accelerated.

Who owns the code?

You do. Fully. Source code, data, IP — handed over on delivery. If you never want to speak to me again after launch, you don't have to (though most people keep me around for Step 4).

What happens if it breaks?

Everything ships with 30 days of fixes included, free. After that, the Keep It Running plan covers monitoring, hosting and repairs — or your own developer can take over, because you own clean, documented code.

Is my data safe? What about GDPR?

Everything I build is GDPR-compliant by design — UK/EU hosting available, data processing agreements signed, and nothing of yours is ever used to train anything. If you have compliance requirements (HMRC, FCA, industry-specific), tell me in the audit and they go into the scope.

Why not just buy off-the-shelf software?

Sometimes you should — and I'll tell you when that's the answer. Custom makes sense when off-the-shelf forces your business to work its way instead of yours, when you're paying for five tools that don't talk to each other, or when the spreadsheet holding everything together has become a full-time job.
